Kue rangi (a traditional cake made from sago flour and shredded coconut π₯₯) with the side of palm sugar sauce β¨β¨

The cake does not taste like fluffy ones, but more towards the crispier ones. It tasted very tasty because it is the mixture between the saltiness from the tapioca and the sweetness from the palm sugar sauce. This always brings back the memory of me in elementary school where they have it in front of my school, but it’s really hard to find it on the side of the street.
