They have a very aldente pasta (when it’s not too soft) and the carbonara is the good mixture between creamy and cheesy. The pancetta on top is also a really good balance with the creaminess of the carbonara. The bruschetta also has a good balance between the freshness of the tomatoes and the crispiness of the bread. Overall the food is good in that area.
