t’s ricotta hotcakes + banana and honeycomb butter !!

so the eggs are poached beautifully but I personally like the smoked salmon. The smoked salmon isn’t as salty and fishy as the usual 🍃👌🏻 and their hotcakes are the best … because it is so fluffy and soft with the ricotta cheese incorporated into the batter.. and the honeycomb adds a little sweet crunchy texture to the soft hotcakes
