Red velvet cake 🍰 🍰 with nougat 🥜 🥜

This must be the best red velvet cake i’ve ever tasted.. 💯 💯 because the cake moist and isn’t dry .. and also not too sweet … BUT THE BEST FEATURE would be the Nougat on the outer layer!!! Because it taste salty and crunchy and sweet at the same time to add texture to the cake 🍰 🍰
