EGGS ROYALE: Smoked salmon & two poached eggs served on toasted English muffins, with hollandaise sauce

This is one of the best eggs royale i’ve ever tasted in London…. in this restaurant we can ask for an additional caviar on the side, which I did!! The sauce is also very good as the thickness is just right. The saltiness from the caviar and the smoked salmon really balances out with the muffin and the poached eggs!
