1. Escargot with polenta, basil and parmesan foam

2. Crispy pan seared doversole with lemon 🐟

3. L’Entrecote : Wagyu beef ribeye with grilled peppers 🐮🐮

This restaurant is exactly next to the 3 michelin star restaurant joel robuchon in MGM hotel in Las Vegas. I choose a couple of dishes that’s my favourite. My favourite dish was the doversole as it is crispy on the outside but soft and not dry on the inside… and that lemon tasted really really good to balance it all out.
