This is our favourite chinese restaurant in Hong Kong. This also earn two michelin stars for the dishes 🌟 🌟. All of the food here are really really good and top notch 💯💯💯. The best thing is their hand shredded chicken 🐓 baked in sea salt … sometimes we even bring it back to Indonesia and toss their bones in the rice cooker 🍚 🍚 to make chicken rice 🍛👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
