The Famous Special Menu at So Restaurant ! It’s the foie gras don with mushrooms at the bottom, they don’t have it in their menu, so you need to ask to get this dish 🙈🙈🙈

I like the taste of the sweet teriyaki sauce and the mushrooms, however the foei gras can be cook better by searing it more to make it crispier because there are no problems taste wise, but texture wise. Next time don’t forget to ask them to cook the foei gras more crispy😎😎😎
