I think the char kueh teow is very fragrant as they have that smokey flavour from the wok that is use to cook the kueh teow ππππ, I personally love the texture of the butter prawn π¦ π¦ as they are not oily and greasy but it has a fluffy cotton candy like texture of the butter flavour
